Despite the busy lives we lead, it is always nice to pay your good fortune forward. Charity is not only about making a monetary difference, giving the gift of time allows for a deeper experience where you will be able to make a connection with somebody you may not have encountered in your natural day to day and have exchanges that not only enrich their lives but yours as well.
Help our work bringing vital relief to parents unable to provide regular meals whilst the children are out of school; which not only alleviates the related stresses that may cause but also helps bridge the household deficit.
We are always looking for new volunteers to help us cater to families in need of support. Whether you want to handle food, run activities or help us set up events there is a diverse range of roles to be filled.
Be the heart in your community by volunteering with the True Care Foundation. Get in touch with a member of our team and start making a difference today
Volunteering is a very fulfilling role, it is both challenging and rewarding; as it provides you with the opportunity to give something back to the community and make a difference to the people around you. Whilst working with us you get the chance to develop new skills and build on existing experience and knowledge.

At True Care foundation we will work to provide an environment that proves to be the match for each volunteer; where you can find friends, connect with the community, learn new skills, and even advance your career.
The older you are, the less likely you are to be in poverty. 33% of children aged four and under are in poverty, compared to 23% of those aged between 40 and 44 and 10% of those aged 75 and over.
There are many ways you can raise money to help low income families. Fundraising can be done anywhere – at work, at home, on your own or as part of a group. By choosing to take on a challenge in support of True Care Foundation you are directly helping low income families across the UK in desperate need.
Here at the True Care foundation we do almost anything to transform the lives of families in our care. Fundraising for us means you will be helping more children and their families benefit from much-needed care during school holidays.
