Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive about making a donation to True Care. We rely entirely on voluntary donations, so we want to make supporting us as simple as possible.

I want to make a financial donation. How can I do this?
Firstly, thank you for thinking of us when making your donation. Without the generosity of our supporters, we would be unable to function as we do so we are always extremely grateful. You can make a one-off donation, or sign up to our regular giving scheme, here. There are also various other ways you can donate to us listed on the page
How do I donate via bank transfer?
If you would like to donate to True Care Foundation via bank transfer, please use the account details below. Your bank will provide you with a receipt as proof of payment.
Account Name: True Care Foundation
Please send us an email to [email protected], stating the date that you transferred your donation. This will help us to keep track of your transfer and we can then let you know and thank you once we have received it.
Where can I send a donation by cheque?
You can send in your cheque, made payable to True Care Foundation, you can send the cheque to the Donations Team, True Care Foundation, Caci House, Spring Villa Park, Spring Villa Rd, London HA8 7EB. Please include a covering letter with your name and address details.
True Care Foundation are not currently conducting face-to-face fundraising activity however members of the public may volunteer to fundraise in their local area. If you’ve been approached by a person claiming to be raising funds for us and you think they might not be a genuine fundraiser, please contact the Supporter Care team on 0207 118 7790 or email us with information on who approached you, how and when.
In order to achieve our mission and to ensure that our work has the greatest impact on the lives of children, we believe it is vital to be accountable – particularly to the supporters who fund our work.
True Care Fountation takes the responsibility of using our supporters’ donations to the best effect seriously and aspires to the highest standards of good governance.
